This feature gives customers greater flexibility when dealing with unavailable products. During checkout, customers can now choose how to handle items that are out of stock. They can either remove the item from their order entirely or opt to approve replacements via a quick phone call with the dedicated picker working on their order. This provides a smoother and more personalized shopping experience.

Manage cash disbursements to couriers, track customer payments, set cash limits, and ensure secure cash returns at the end of shifts.
A new feature: the Darkstore Cash Service is a comprehensive warehouse cash register system that simplifies the complexities of cash transactions.
The Darkstore Cash Service allows you to easily manage cash disbursements to couriers for change, accurately track customer cash payments, set individual courier cash limits, and, most importantly, ensure that couriers return their cash to the warehouse securely at the end of their shifts. This system provides greater control and transparency over your cash handling, reducing the risk of discrepancies and improving overall efficiency.
For customers who want to pay by cash, this new feature has been released in both White-Label App and Courier App.
How does it work? The customer puts the amount he needs change for, and the courier sees it in his app. This way, handling delivery becomes significantly faster. Finally, to ensure transparency, these details are additionally displayed in the order admin panel
